ADMISSION TICKET INFORMATION
Credit cards, cash and travelers checks are accepted at the Main Gate for ticket purchase. Group tickets of 20 or more can be purchased at the Tram Circle Group Sales building.
MULTI-DAY/FLEX TICKET
Two & three day flex tickets are available at the Tram Circle Information window and at Guest Services Building.
PREVIEW PLAN
Arrive 2-1/2* hours prior to the Park closing, purchase your admission for the next day and be our guest FREE for the remainder of that evening. Not valid on Sunset admission. *3-1/2 hours when Park closes at 11 p.m.
SUNSET SAVINGS
Special savings available for evening admission. Stop by at the Tram Circle Information window for more details.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
HERSHEYPARK is equipped with services to help our guests with disabilities enjoy their visit. Our Guide for Guests with Disabilities is available at Guest Services, Tram Circle, Wheelchair Rental Area, Rides Office, and at our Stroller and Wheelchair Entrance Gates. Guests are welcome to enter with their own wheelchairs. A limited number of wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles are available (for a rental fee) on a first-come, first-served basis.
STROLLERS
Bring your own or rent one of our strollers. Available just inside the Main Gate on a first-come, first-served basis.
PARKING AND TRAM SERVICE
From our parking lots to the HERSHEYPARK Main Gate, our tram service runs approximately every 15 minutes from Park opening to closing. Tram destination and departure area is Tram Circle, just outside the Main Gate. A $6.00 Parking Fee is charged to all cars entering HERSHEYPARK. Tram service may be suspended due to inclement weather or traffic congestion.
PICNIC LUNCHES
If you're planning to picnic with your family, we recommend using either of our two picnic sites next to our parking lots. HERSHEYPARK does not allow food or drink to be brought into the Park. Lockers are available at the picnic sites.
LOCKERS/CHANGING ROOMS
Lockers are available inside the Main Gate, in Carrousel Circle, and near TIDAL FORCE(TM). Changing rooms are located near TIDAL FORCE.
PETS
There's no need for a hot hound thanks to our animal kennels, The Barking Lot, located just outside the Park under the West end of HERSHEYPARK(SM) Stadium. The kennels are open from Park opening to Park closing and are available for a daily fee of $5.00. Please do not leave your pet in your car. Pets are not permitted in the Park.
ATTIRE
For your safety and health, all Park visitors are required to wear shoes and shirts at all times. As a courtesy to others, modest dress is expected of all guests and revealing or offensive clothes are not considered appropriate. Bikini tops, bikini bottoms, Speedo bikinis, thongs and halter tops are not considered appropriate attire while in the Park. While in our water ride area, swim suits may be worn, but after completion of these rides, we ask that you change to more appropriate attire, i.e. shorts, shirt, prior to leaving this area. Some language, gestures and suggestive art on apparel may be considered inappropriate. HERSHEYPARK reserves the right to address these issues with all guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.
FIRST AID
The First Aid Station is located at the Chalet (east end of the Craft barn, in Music Box Way.) A registered nurse is on duty at all times. If immediate first aid is needed, ask any PARK employee for assistance. A special area is available for nursing mothers. Unisex restrooms are available at First Aid and in Midway America.
CHILDREN'S CABOOSE
Lost children may be found in the big red caboose in Music Box Way, near the Chevrolet© Music Box Theatre. In the event your child is lost, notify the nearest Security Officer.
IF YOU ARE SEPARATED FROM YOUR PARTY
Please contact the nearest Security Officer for assistance.
LEAVING AND RE-ENTERING THE PARK
If you wish to leave HERSHEYPARK and re-enter the PARK on the same day, please have your hand stamped at the exit before departing. Ticket stubs are not valid for re-entry. To re-enter the parking lot on the same day, please show your parking ticket upon your return.
LOST & FOUND
Lost items may be identified and claimed at the Lost Childrens Caboose in Music Box Way, the Rides Office, the Safety & Security Office, or at Guest Services.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Ride operators and attendants are not responsible for articles left by patrons at the ride stations. Neither HERSHEYPARK nor its employees assume responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property. Locker storage is available throughout the PARK.
CLOSING ATTRACTIONS
In the event of electrical storms, inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, or unforeseen circumstances, it may become necessary to temporarily close some rides, shows, attractions and Tram service to and from the parking lots.
SMOKING GUIDELINES
At HERSHEYPARK we strive to accommodate both smokers and nonsmokers. We ask that our smoking guests restrict their smoking to midways and walkways only. We ask that smokers please refrain from smoking anyplace where a line is formed, including all ride queuing lines. This guideline also prohibits smoking on all rides, in or around select food areas, arcade buildings, in our theatres, all ZOOAMERICA® buildings, and in our merchandise shops. This guideline is meant to preserve the safety and health of all our guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.
LINE JUMPING
Rude and deliberate line jumping inconveniencing other guests may result in dismissal from HERSHEYPARK without compensation.
LOITERING
Loitering on HERSHEYPARK property is prohibited.
RESTRICTED ITEMS
Personal food and beverage items, coolers, radios, and/or sound emitting, electronic devices are not permitted and must remain outside the PARK. In addition, weapons of any type and laser light pointers are NEVER permitted in the PARK. (Locker storage is available at the picnic sites.)
